The Jewish people are Gods *CHOSEN people. READ THE DEFINITION BELOW - get understanding
Exodus 19: 5 & 6 Deuteronomy 14:2 Colossians 3:12 and MANY other scriptures tell us this.

WE – the Gentiles – were allowed to come to God as a result of the Jewish people as a whole not accepting Jesus as their Messiah. Romans 11:11. Jesus was a Jew, sent to the Jewish people to bring the Kingdom of God. This is a NEW spiritual path that would make a relationship with God possible that up till now was unavailable due to Sin. Man had been "attempting" to follow the laws of God to learn holiness, but they were failing. In Jesus, God offered them a way to stop trying to reach Him and Heaven by their own human efforts and to now have access to Him "in spirit" by a spiritual re-birth attained by a faith application of the sacrificial blood of Jesus which covers sin and makes us one with God in spirit.
How should we "feel" about the Jewish people and Israel?

The Bible tells us to "pray for the peace of Jerusalem" Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.(KJV) and gives Israel the leading role in the end of day's events ( Daniel chapter 9).(NIV)

As the *Chosen people of God, they deserve our love and respect and allegiance- (read definition of chosen below don't be uninformed)

We are instructed to watch the behavior of nations against Israel and be aware of the prophecies being fulfilled to know the time.
YOU SHOULD NOT BE IGNORANT OF FACTS CONCERNING THE JEWISH PEOPLE
* CHOSEN = does not mean "only" it means God selected them to be the people He would use to reveal himself to the World. God gave the baby nation of Israel special Love and care and promises. God had destoyed the humans once before (except for Noah and his family) because of their evil and wickedness. At the time of Abraham, humanity was right back there again (and He did again destroy some - (Sodom and Gomorrah - and yes there is archaeological proof ). But God's heart was moved by the Jewish people - because of Abraham, and Isaac and Jacob, and He chose to teach them: how to serve Him, how to protect themselves from sexually transmitted diseases, how to keep themselves healthy through diet and cleanliness, and build a strong society by following God rather than following LUST and selfishness which brings only self-destruction through disease and dismantling of the family which is the core structure of a prosperous and strong society. He separated them from other tribes who followed evil practices like burning their children alive in the worship of gods they created and satan inhabited. READ THE OLD TESTAMENT it HAS MUCH VALUE TO YOUR UNDERSTANDING
